We ship USPS 2-3 day priority mail on most items.
USA Flat Rates for up to 20 pounds of material is $9.50. Custom orders may have a different rate, and we will provide you with costs at your request. Delivery confirmation and guaranteed shipping to your shipping address is included.
International shipping
We use global priority mail or Parcel Post when priority mail is not possible. Insurance is included for all international orders when available.
NEW: We now ship up to 20 pounds Priority Mail to most countries for only $39.00 + insurance. Large sizes may affect this rate.
ADI Guarantee & Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your ADI product, for any reason, simply return it for a cash refund or credit towards another purchase within 7 days from the time you receive your package. It is important to contact us prior to returning your items. Our vacuum stabilized woods are guaranteed not to shrink, warp or crack. All sales are final after 7 days.
