US Shipping: 

We ship USPS 2-3 day priority mail for most purchases.    

1. Shipping rates are determined by USPS or UPS.  We try to use flat rate boxes when possible to save you money.  
   1. When shopping in our retail store you can see ship rates at check out.  Custom and volume orders are estimated and figured when packaged and ready to ship. 
   2. We guaranteed your product was shipped to you.  To guarantee your product is covered in case of loss or damage please request insurance during check out or contact us directly.  
      
2. International shipping: flat rate is also based on size and weight and we try to use flat rate boxes when possible to save you money.  Shipping is guaranteed from our shop, however, to insure package from loss or damage, please request shipping insurance at check out or contact us directly.
   

ADI Guarantee & Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your ADI product, for any reason, with the exception of wholesale or custom orders, simply return it for a cash refund or credit towards another purchase within 7 days from the time you receive your package.  It is important to contact us prior to returning your items.  All sales are final after 7 days.  Retail returns are subject to a restocking fee.  Wholesale and custom size orders cannot be cancelled once wood is milled.

NOTE ON STABILIZING: Our stabilized and dyed woods are completely impregnated with monomers and acrylics to produce an extremely stable and dense wood.  Our stabilizing will minimize or totally eliminate shrinking, cracking, expanding and warping - through any climate change.  Our stabilized woods will not absorb water and are impervious to oils and raised grain.
